Welcome to SW Rentals Calpe. Firstly let us tell you a little about us. We are based in Calpe, Alicante of the Costa Blanca. We are an English Company and have resided on the Coast for more than 15 years, therefore have a complete understanding of the area and its local people, together with providing our clients with a professional, personal service, whether it be as an owner, entrusting us to market and look after your property or as a holidaymaker, we endeavor to make your stay in our area enjoyable and relaxing, offering many services to help your holiday be one to remember.

The Costa Blanca is famous for its temperatures and long Blue Flag sandy beaches that run all along the coastline. Its has many Golf courses, different water sports, historical places to visit, choice of many restaurants, shops and bars. There are several theme parks in Benidorm, such as Water parks, Sea World and the fabulous Terra Mitica and Terra Natura.

Flights are easily available from the UK normally into Alicante being a 45min drive to Calpe or to Valencia 1hr and 15min to Calpe.

Calpe, is dominated by the majestic Penon de Ifach, known as the symbol of the Costa Blanca. It stands 1000ft high and is referred to by most Brits as Calpe Rock, which many locals say is part of the magnetic charm of this beautiful town and port. Calpe fishing port is visited by many thousands each year to sample the local fish restaurants and to take in the fabulous views of the Penon. The Old town is worth a visit, with its historical church, museums and buildings with again many quaint restaurants and bars serving typical cuisine.
